Job Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible to build key client relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, maintain extensive knowledge of the market trends, improve the business’ market position and achieve significant financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains an excellent understanding of the company’s target audiences, strategic context and business activities to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved

Works with the Director to conduct researches for new products/initiatives and develops new solutions, as well as appropriate channels

Prospects for clients and turn this into increased business

Research and analyze the competitors’ products, market trends to develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiation.

Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to increased sales

Develop innovative strategies for attracting and retaining customers; which includes implementing a feedback plan and incorporate it in the growth plan

Facilitate online strategies of the company, developing electronic materials and blog posts, as well as engaging the community through the various social media platforms of the company

Skills and Qualification

Must be a graduate from any recognized tertiary institution

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical and interpersonal skills

Possess strong drive for learning and development
